Milk & Bone doesn’t take a back seat. Laurence Lafond-Beaulne and Camille Poliquin create music that leaves a mark on the imagination. Their songs become the soundtrack to life’s most intense moments — late-night confessions, stolen kisses, and the chaos of pure emotion. After diving deep with Chrysalism, the duo resurfaces with renewed, mischievous energy and a return to their DIY roots. With over 75 million streams, a Juno Award, and two Polaris Prize longlist mentions, their sound has appeared in Riverdale, Tiny Pretty Things, and major Dior campaigns. Now, as they begin a new chapter with Nettwerk, Milk & Bone promise a bolder, wilder, and more unforgettable sound with BABY DREAMER, out January 17, 2025.
Opening Act – Fernie
Fernie was born in Brazil but grew up in Montreal, having been adopted into a household where English, Portuguese, French, and German were spoken. It was a difficult and often alienating childhood, but Fernie found an outlet in songwriting. He released his debut album, Aurora, in 2021, showcasing his remarkable voice and immense talent.
He has performed at all the key festivals (The Great Escape in the UK, MaMA in Paris, SIM São Paulo in Brazil, the Montreal International Jazz Festival, and more), and his project has generated international buzz. Radio Nova, Rolling Stone France, RFI, KCRW, Exclaim!, and many other media outlets have praised Fernie’s talent.
In 2023, he signed a deal with Secret City Records after collaborating with his mentor Patrick Watson on the powerful single “Pain,” which was subsequently released in April 2024. His latest EP, Hopeless Dream, will be released on February 14, 2025.
